Katuk is a small fishing village on the shores of Victoria Lake, in Kenya, where exists a generation gap that has been created by the HIV epidemic en the last decades. This has caused a big number of orphan children who fell back into the care of their grandparents. This situation has worsen the economic capacity of a community that is already affected by poor water supply, tropical diseases like malaria, unstable food availability, and has consequently increased the poverty level of this community.
